Philippa van Coller
Philippa van Coller Founder & CEO
The Boss Babes Network came together through the collaboration of Philippa van Coller with Charlene Ainslie and Jacky Dyer. All three have extensive experience in corporate settings and Philippa also has many years of leadership in the church world.

Her passion was serving people from all walks of life as a qualified Minister for over 20 years. In the last 5 years, her focus has turned to empowering, educating and uplifting women, whether they are business owners or living on the streets.

In August 2022, after a season of difficult change, and coming to a crossroads in her life, she became aware that there are so many women out there, like her, who want to be the change they want to see. Her mission, to find them and together help other women stand up and be counted.

Why Boss Babes? Because it’s time for women to be their true authentic self in the workplace, and to own the fact that, despite living in a man’s world, women are rapidly becoming a force to be reckoned with. We want to lift their hands and make them stronger by creating this platform and safe space for them.
